We aim to respond to your enquiries or feedbacks within the shortest time and will be replying you during office hours, Monday through Friday except weekends, public holidays (Singapore) and stipulated annual company event days.
What is my current shipping status?
After your payment’s been verified, you will receive an email informing you that your order’s in the midst of preparation for delivery. Once it’s been shipped out from our Warehouse, you’ll receive an email notification as well. To check on your order status, do go to My Account, under ‘History and details of your orders’.
• FOR SINGAPORE •
Orders will be processed within 2 working days and will be ready for posting via Singpost or delivery by courier service within 2 days excluding weekends and public holiday. Notification will be sent out should there be any change.
Customers are encouraged to opt for registered mail. Secretive Pte Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged product via normal mail.
Singpost Normal Mail - Delivery takes 3 - 7 working days excluded weekends. (Please note that Secretive.sg will not be liable for lost mails & tracking is not available for normal mail.)
Singpost Registered Mail - Delivery takes 2 - 3 Working Days excluded weekends. (Additional $2.50) & tracking numbers will be given for you to track your parcels at www.singpost.com.sg.
Local Courier Service ($6.00) – Secretive Pte Ltd will send out the parcel within 2 working days excluded weekends after the order has been processed. And delivery takes 1 - 2 working days excluded weekends depends on the high traffic. (Safe delivery & ensure products in good order.)

Self-Collection (Office Days - Monday to Friday only)
Customers will be able to collect their items from the timing below with terms and conditions apply.
1. 1pm - 5:30pm
• Customers were to provide date for collection on our operating day (advance 1 day in any case we are not in the office)
• Pick up time is only available at the 1 timing provided
• No walk-in purchase will be entertained
• Free gifts are non-exchangeable
• Products are non-exchangeable after pick up
• Order will be ready for collection upon email notification from Secretive

Singpost Registered Surface Mail- Delivery takes 5 - 17 weeks excluded weekends & tracking numbers will be given for you to track your parcels at www.singpost.com.sg.
Singpost Registered Airmail - Delivery takes 14 - 21 working days excluded weekends & tracking numbers will be given for you to track your parcels at www.singpost.com.sg.
Overseas EMS - Delivery takes 3 - 5 working days excluded weekends & tracking numbers will be given for you to track your parcels at www.singpost.com.sg.
Shipping Cost for Local & International
The shipping cost will depend on the nature of size and weight of the products. You may like to place order from our website www.secretive.sg, it will advise you on the shipping fees directly.
Please note that items which are paid but in any circumstance such as over-whelming orders/reservations and/or unavailable or out-of-stock, customer will be contacted within 3 working days (+GMT 08:00) for replacing options.

Bank Transfer – Transfer payment by ATM machine or internet banking

Transfer your order total to POSB Savings 009-78388-1. Order will be voided if payment is not received within 48 hours. We will process your order upon receiving of transaction details.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in ensuring that our products are of great quality and condition. You may return/exchange the items within 7 days in the following cases:
* You have received a defective item caused by manufacturing fault.
* There is an error in the item you received based on your order placed.
We will deliver and exchange the items at our own cost. Return/exchange will not be accepted under other circumstances than those stated above. Please note that all purchases made are non-refundable.
